I’m a Yellowknife-based community journalist and photographer who has worked in print journalism for over a decade.

Originally hailing from Whitehorse, I have reported in Alberta, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. My work has appeared in community papers across the country, including the Edmonton Sun and Toronto Sun. I spent several years editing the St. Albert Gazette, which is routinely recognized as the best community newspaper in the country.

I have been the recipient of several editorial awards from the Alberta Weekly Newspapers Association and Canadian Community Newspapers Association.
